A Spicy Flavorful sauce based on the Bhut Jolokia chili. The difference from the regular hot is the addition of KAFFIR LIME LEAVES.  These are spice used extensively in Thai Cooking , so this sauce has a distinctive Thai food flavor.  My wife like this one best. This is a good entry level sauce, not mild by any means but will not send you for the milk jug.
